Why convert PNG to PDF?

PNG is the format of screenshots, charts and diagrams: it is lossless, so text and thin lines stay crisp. A PDF is easier to share, print, attach to an email or submit through a form, and it keeps several images together in the right order. The PNG to PDF converter combines both: lossless PNG pages inside one PDF.

Lossless: text stays sharp

Ordinary PNG images are embedded in the PDF as they are, without converting them to JPG, so there is no blur around text and no compression artefacts. Transparent areas of a PNG show as white on the page, like on paper.

Choosing the page size

  • Same as each image: every page is exactly the size of its PNG, with no borders. Best for screenshots, slides and on-screen reading.
  • A4 or US Letter: each image is scaled to fit a printable page, with the margin you choose. Best for handouts and documents that will be printed.

Orientation follows each image automatically: wide screenshots get landscape pages, tall ones portrait.

Private by design

Your images are processed by your own browser and never uploaded to a server, so they stay on your device. There is no watermark, no sign-up and no limit on how many images you convert.
